UCLA CMOS Lab - Home
The CMOS Research Laboratory at UCLA conducts cutting-edge research in the field of semiconductor devices. The topics are drawn from the exciting field of device physics and interesting physical phenomena associated with the cornerstone of the modern semiconductor era, the Field Effect Transistor. After the rigorous training, the students learn not only how to excel in engineering knowledge and problem solving skills, but also develop confidence, mature decision-making and self-dependence. At the end of the day, they acquire the necessary skills to become the leaders of the $247.7 Billion/year semiconductor industry.
