Coby Skye is an Associate Civil Engineer working for the Environmental Programs Division of the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works. Mr. Skye received a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering from Polytechnic University and is currently a registered Civil Engineer in California. Mr. Skye provides technical support, insight and direction for solid waste disposal policies in the County, and makes monthly presentations and recommendations to both the Los Angeles County Integrated Waste Management Task Force and the Alternative Technology Advisory Subcommittee. Mr. Skye is passionate about environmental preservation, and volunteers in his spare time with various environmental organizations.
