Evan W.R. Edgar has over twenty-two years of experience in all aspects of solid waste management as a registered civil engineer. Mr. Edgar is the Principal of Edgar & Associates, Inc., a lobbying firm and environmental engineering firm based in Sacramento specializing in solid waste management, recycling, composting, and renewable energy issues. Since 1993, Mr. Edgar has served as the Director of Regulatory Affairs for the California Refuse Removal Council (CRRC). CRRC is a statewide non-profit trade association representing the interests of over 100 solid waste management companies and 50 MRFs and is involved with all aspects of services including collection, hauling, processing, recycling, composting, and landfilling.
