Mr. Y. Zadik (Col. Res. Israel Air Force) leads the business development team of Arrow Ecology & Engineering Overseas Ltd., and supervises ArrowBio plant operations.
Additionally, he serves as a board member of Incredimail Ltd. (NASDAQ: "MAIL") and is an elected board member of the Israeli National Export Institute.
Col. Zadik served as a senior project manager in the Israeli Ministry of Defense and the Israeli Air Force, and received the National Award Prize from the President of Israel, for his creativity and leadership.
He graduated his B.Sc studies in Physics and Computer Sciences, with an honorable award, at Bar Ilan University, in Ramat-Gan, Israel, and did Ph.D. studies in physics.
