Pleased to meet you, my name is Eric and I'm currently in my 3rd year of the
Master's of Science graduate program in the department of Materials Science and
Engineering here at UCLA. In addition to the degree I'm working on, I also
earned a Bachelor's of Science in Physics.
Moreover, with a background in physics and materials science and engineering, I
also have knowledge in mathematics, computer technology, chemistry,
micro/molecular biology, and bio-technology, with the most interest being in the
latter. Currently, I am working in a fun and exciting research group that is
looking at the technological importance of Porous Silicon, and its compatibility
into VLSI.
After graduation from UCLA, I plan to continue to expand my knowledge base by
integrating my skills in a career opportunity that is not only enjoyable, but
will hopefully benefit many different people within our society.
