Hi, my name is Taisuke Sugahara. I'm in a chemical engineering major, and this is my senior year. I'm glad to have a research experience with professor Xie. I and my partner, Sam, are trying to operate a Hall Profiler called Bio-Rad to observe the hall coefficient, resistivity, mobility, and carrier concentration against the depth of a semiconductor material.
